Shipping Policy

At The Custom Shelf, all products are personalized and made to order. Please allow time for both production and shipping after placing your order.

Processing and Production Time

Each custom product is created after an order is submitted.

Estimated production time: 2–5 business days

Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Production may take longer during periods of high order volume, holidays, product shortages, or delays involving our printing and fulfillment partners.

Production time is separate from shipping time.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Estimates

Available shipping methods, prices, and estimated delivery times will be shown during checkout.

Economy Shipping

Estimated cost: $4.39 USD
Availability: United States
Estimated delivery time: 4–8 business days after production

Standard Shipping

Estimated cost: $5.49 USD
Availability: United States and eligible international destinations
Estimated domestic delivery time: 2–5 business days after production
Estimated international delivery time: 10–30 business days after production

Shipping prices may vary depending on the destination, order size, product type, and available shipping carrier.

The final shipping charge will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

All production and delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Order Tracking

When tracking is available, customers will receive a shipping confirmation email containing their tracking information.

Tracking may take approximately 24–48 hours to update after the shipping carrier receives the package.

In some cases, tracking may not update until the package reaches another shipping facility.

Shipping Delays

Packages may be delayed because of circumstances outside our reasonable control, including:

  • Shipping carrier disruptions

  • Severe weather

  • Holidays

  • High shipping volume

  • Customs inspections

  • International transportation delays

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Delays involving production or fulfillment partners

If your package is delayed, please check the tracking information first.

You may also contact us at Support@pawlinkr.com, and we will make reasonable efforts to assist.

We cannot guarantee a specific delivery date after an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier.

If an order cannot be shipped within the promised timeframe, we will handle it in accordance with applicable law.

Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address during checkout.

Please carefully review your:

  • Full name

  • Street address

  • Apartment, suite, or unit number

  • City

  • State or province

  • ZIP or postal code

  • Country

If you notice an address error, contact us immediately at Support@pawlinkr.com.

We may be able to update the address if production or shipping has not begun. However, address changes cannot be guaranteed after an order has entered production or shipped.

The Custom Shelf is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address submitted by the customer.

If an order is returned because of an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges before the order is resent.

Lost Packages

If tracking has not updated for an extended period or suggests that a package may be lost, contact us at Support@pawlinkr.com.

We may ask you to confirm your shipping address and contact the shipping carrier before a replacement or other resolution is considered.

Lost-package claims will be reviewed individually based on the tracking information and circumstances.

Packages Marked as Delivered

If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please:

  1. Check your mailbox, porch, garage, property, and designated delivery areas.

  2. Ask household members or neighbors whether they received it.

  3. Wait until the end of the delivery day, as some carriers scan packages before completing delivery.

  4. Contact the shipping carrier or local post office.

After completing these steps, contact us if the package is still missing.

The Custom Shelf will make reasonable efforts to assist, but a package marked as delivered by the carrier is not automatically eligible for a replacement or refund.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or different from the product option you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery at Support@pawlinkr.com.

Please include:

  • Your full name

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photographs of the product

  • Photographs of the packaging and shipping label, when applicable

Please keep the product and packaging until the claim has been reviewed.

If the claim is approved, the normal resolution will be a replacement of the affected product at no additional cost.

Refunds are only provided when required by law or when a replacement cannot reasonably be supplied.

International Shipping

International delivery may take approximately 10–30 business days after production.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, processing fees, or other charges required by their country.

These fees are not included in the product price or shipping charge collected by The Custom Shelf.

We cannot control or predict customs fees, inspections, or processing times.

Customs Delays and Refused Packages

International packages may be delayed or inspected by customs authorities.

If a customer refuses to pay required customs charges or refuses delivery, the package may be returned or destroyed.

Shipping charges, customs fees, and related expenses may not be refundable.

Shipping Restrictions

We reserve the right to restrict shipping to certain countries, territories, addresses, or locations where reliable delivery is unavailable.

Some products may not be eligible for every shipping destination.
