TheCustomShelf sells custom and personalized phone cases. Customers are responsible for making sure all uploaded photos, text, spelling, phone model selections, shipping information, and order details are correct before placing an order.

Because our products are made to order, we may not be able to change or cancel an order once production has started.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any custom order that includes inappropriate, offensive, copyrighted, trademarked, or illegal content.

Small differences in color, placement, cropping, image quality, or print appearance may happen due to screen settings, uploaded image quality, and production methods.

Shipping

If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, TheCustomShelf is not responsible for stolen, missing, or misplaced packages.
